This deluxe narrow raised and stitched 5 8" collar is for the smaller dogs. This beautiful collar features heavy raised double keepers, a sewn on solid brass buckle, an English squared off point for style and a blank space for a name plate. A name plate is not included. Fitting Instructions: Tory collars have increments of 2", and five holes in each collar. For a proper fit (at approximately the middle
