PRODUCT CHANGE POLICY DUE TO TECHNICAL DEFECT

  1. SCOPE AND APPLICABLE TIME
    • Scope: The product exchange policy due to technical defects applies to 100% new products purchased from Dalton Audio Inc or Dalton Audio Inc’s authorized dealers.
    • Applicable time: The exchange policy is valid for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. PRODUCT EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
    • Products with technical defects must be confirmed by Dalton’s Technical Engineer.
    • The product must include the original packaging, instruction manuals, accessories, Purchase Receipt from Dalton, and Warranty Certificate (if applicable).
    • The IMEI/serial number of the product must match the information on the Warranty Certificate or the activation registration information.
    • The product must be installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and not altered or repaired by technicians other than those from Dalton.
    • The product must be free from cracks, dents, scratches, and must have intact packaging materials.
  3. PRODUCT EXCHANGE REGULATIONS

    1. Exchange for a new product of the same model:
      • Implement a 1-to-1 exchange for products of the same type, brand, and model.
      • If there is no replacement product available, customers have the right to exchange for a different product by paying the price difference (if any). No exchange for a product with a lower value than the original product.
    2. Exchange for a new product of a different model:
      • The new model must have a value equal to or greater than the value of the old product, and the customer must pay the price difference.
      • Number of exchanges: Once, subsequent exchanges after a product defect will follow the warranty policy.

    Note: All shipping costs for exchanging new products are the responsibility of the customer.
