REFUND RETURN POLICY

Within 30 days, if you are not satisfied, you can return the purchased product for a full refund. When you want to return an item, please follow these steps:

– Step 1: Fill out the “Return request” form at the link: www.dalton-audio.com/return_from

– Step 2: After continuing to receive information, Dalton will contact the customer and provide feedback on how to proceed. You will have to produce the original sales invoice for Dalton to check.

– Step 3: Customers send goods to Dalton Audi Inc. warranty center. Do not send this product to us without prior authorization.

– Step 4: Dalton will check the goods and confirm with the customer within 7 days

Payment conditions.

– Application period: within 30 days from date of purchase.

– Returned goods must be complete with all equipment, packaging, warranty papers, manuals and accessories. Product MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PROPERLY PACKAGED FOR A FULL REFUND.

– Dalton will check the condition of the goods. If the product is received missing, incomplete, missing accessories, scratched or damaged (cause unknown), Dalton has the right to refuse payment and the product will be refunded to the customer along with the shipping fee. Shipping is fully borne by the Customer.

– In case the product lacks accessories, Dalton can check and review to approve a refund. The refund will be minus the additional price of lost accessories according to Dalton’s stock accessories price list.

Refund

– For products that are eligible and approved for refund by Dalton. Within 7 working days, Dalton will refund the customer’s collected amount according to the invoice after deducting the transfer upon sale and processing paid goods according to Dalton’s regulations.

– Handling fee: 20 USD/case.
