Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Process:

  1. Confirmation and Instructions:
    • After receiving your request, Dalton will contact you to confirm and provide return instructions.
    • You must provide the original purchase receipt for verification.
  1. Shipping the Return:
    • Dalton will provide a return shipping label. You must drop off the package at the carrier’s service point.
    • You must use the provided return shipping label; otherwise, Dalton may reject the return.
  1. Inspection and Processing:
    • Upon receiving the returned item, Dalton will inspect the product and confirm the refund within 7 days.

Return Requirements:

  • The returned product must include all original accessories, packaging, warranty cards, and manuals.
  • The product must be in new condition and properly packaged to qualify for a refund.
  • If the product is incomplete, missing accessories, scratched, or damaged (without a clear reason), Dalton reserves the right to deny the refund.
    • In this case, the product will be sent back to the customer, and the shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility

Handling of Missing Accessories:

  • If any accessories are missing, Dalton may issue a partial refund, deducting the cost of the missing items based on Dalton’s pricing.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for the initial shipping cost, return shipping cost, and processing fees as outlined in the Order Processing Fee Table below.

Refund Process:

  • For eligible returns, Dalton will process the refund within 14 business days after approval.
  • Dalton is not responsible for delays caused by banks, natural disasters, or national holidays.
  • The final refund amount will be calculated after deducting applicable shipping and processing fees.

Product Replacement Policy

  • Within 30 days, if the product has a technical defect, you can request a replacement.
  • Upon receiving your request, Dalton’s technical team will contact you to verify the issue.
  • Once verified, Dalton will arrange the collection of the defective product and send a replacement.
  • If the product arrives damaged due to shipping or other external reasons, customers must report the issue within 48 hours for assistance.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled and refunded if they have not yet been shipped to the carrier.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Payment Gateway Fee: This is a third-party processing fee for online transactions. Dalton does not collect this fee.
  • Processing Fee: This includes the payment gateway fee and Dalton’s internal processing costs. Dalton currently charges $20 for this.
